Some of My Work

Client: Life Coach for Millennial Women
Goal: Sell high-ticket coaching service
Client wished to sell high-ticket coaching packages at £995. We began by using targeted and intensive Facebook Page and Instagram feed management. This built brand awareness and massively increased engagement with client's product by over 200% over a 3 week period. We capitalised on page engagement using a strategic Facebook Ad campaign to successfully make sales conversions.

Client: Care Home Franchise
Goal: Recruiting long term dedicated staff
Used a Facebook ads campaign. Client was very focussed on local responses only due to the nature of the work. Building custom audiences from existing FB page data, and data from similar previous campaigns, then super-precise retargeting.

Client: Hearing Aid Provider
Goal: Brand Awareness and Sales
Client was brand new to FB ads so this was a top to bottom, full 4 month campaign starting with pin-point audience persona research. We used videos in initial cold ads to create and segment custom audiences, and then ran 3 different ad sets to different audience personas on retarget. We also experimented with putting an extra step (phone call) in just before conversion.

Client: Tanning/Sun-bed Salon
Goal: Foot Traffic, Awareness, and Sales
Client was a new business opening up after Covid19 lockdown. As they were a bricks and mortar business, we focussed exclusively on the local area. We started with a split tested cold ads using both video, slideshows, and statics. Initial testing gave us approx 3% CTR on a reach of 310K people. We then went for an intensive multi-layered retargeting campaign based on video view lengths, and incorporating special offers with separate Instagram ads and Messenger follow ups.

E-commerce Health & Beauty Wholesaler
Goal: Sales and Maximum ROAS
Client had been running multiple ads but not seeing the desired ROI. First, we consolidated the number of ads making the campaign more efficient, and switched to dynamic ads to appeal to as broad an audience as possible. We used FB’s own CBO so the best performing ad set gained the most budget. This by increased ACV by a third.
Organic Social Media
It is difficult to run an effective ads campaign without good organic socials. Your organics can also act as a complementary feeder to your sales site, and we can make use of e.g. Chatbots, dynamic posts etc. Most clients want growth and while I can do this, it's worth knowing that in 2023 the most 'beautiful' feeds aren't always the ones that get the best engagement!
